New York-based capital markets and investment banking firm North Street Group announced Wednesday the acquisition of a New York-based hedge fund administrator.North Street managing partner Alex Mascioli explained that the “strategic acquisition of Hedge Fund Solutions allows North Street to enter the alternative asset management space and expand its service offerings.”
North Street will also rebrand Philadelphia-based Hedge Fund Solutions to North Street Global Fund Services. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. eVestment was unable to reach North Street for further comments.
